eMatrix Skin Resurfacing

SPECTRUM DERMATOLOGY | SCOTTSDALE & GREATER PHOENIX, ARIZONA

eMatrix is a skin resurfacing procedure which treats sun damage, wrinkles, and other scars. Also known as Sublative Rejuvenation, eMatrix laser treatments use radiofrequency to deliver pulsed energy to the desired treatment area and is ideal for improving wrinkles, scarring, pores, and skin texture. This laser improves scarring from acne better than any other laser on the market.

Skin Rejuvenation with eMatrix

The eMatrix laser is FDA-cleared to deliver energy deep into the skin and uses the patients own collagen to remodel and restructure the target area. Unlike other fractional systems which use laser light to either heat or remove microscopic bits of skin (a process called ablation), the eMatrix uses radiofrequency energy to heat and ablate below the skin’s surface, producing new collagen, and revealing smoother, brighter, tighter-appearing skin.

Skin Resurfacing Treatments

With Sublative Rejuvenation, the injury produced by the bipolar radiofrequency removes microscopic bits of skin beneath the skin surface, with minimal damage to the epidermis.

After a serious of 3 treatments performed at 3 to 4 week intervals, patients see improvement in the overall texture and tone of their skin, along with a reduction in fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. The recovery time is therefore short, and there are no open, healing wounds. eMatrix treatments are considered non-invasive and do not require injections.
